Soy sauce
200 gFish fillet
Vinegar
Oregano
Pinchsalt
Eggs
Breadcrumbs
Flour

Steps

Cut the fillet into strips. Put oregano salt and vinegar and let it marinate for like 15minutes.

Put the fillet in flour and dust off excess flour.

Put it in eggs

Put in bread crumbs

Deep-fry till evenly brown put on kitchen towels to drain excess oil. Serve with tartar sauce
