Peel the water yam and coco yam, grate them with a grater and mix them together, add a little salt and maggi cube or knorr cube and mix it. Pluck the vegetable leaves and wash them until there's no sand at the bottom of the washing bowl. Steam the beef or fish, cut the periwinkle, wash and boil for 5mins and put it down to rinse

In a clean and dry pot add palm oil enough to barely cover the bottom of the pot, wrap the mixture of the coco yam & water yam in each vegetable leaf, continue the process until every mixture is wrapped. Put the pot on fire & cover lid. Blend the crayfish & pepper by now the palm oil has melted, add the blend, water enough to cover the wraps, seasonings, beef, periwinkle, allow to cook for 15mins before stirring, add the chopped vegetables and bring down the pot 5mins after and the food is ready
