Roll the uncoated eggs into the thin sausage meat to achieve a perfect coat on the outside

Beat some eggs on a different plate. Deep the coated eggs into the beat egg and then to the bread crumbs to form a coating.

Heat a the cooking oil to achieve a certain temperature and then gently drop in the coated eggs into the boiled oil

Remove the eggs after a perfect golden coat. Let it rest for some minutes to cool off. Cut into halves and serve.
