Steps

Core the apples and slice them thin.

Mix the rhododendron juice,honey and cinnamon

Dip the apple slices in the liquid and bake for 15 min at 200 degrees.

In a small bowl place muesli to form a bed.Layer on top with greek yogurt.

Place the apple slices one covering the next and gently roll to make a flower(i have taken this pic from the internet so one can clearly see the procedure..works the same way with poached apples)

Place the rose over the greek yoghurt.Sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top and garnish with mint leaves and more poaching liquid before serving.
