Ingredients

  • 250 gall purpose flour
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspnutmeg (optional)
  • 1 tbspyeast
  • 1 cuplukewarm water
  • Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix all ingredients together and add water. Mix together and cover with a towel or cling film and allow to rise for 45_60 mins

  2. 2

    Heat up some vegetable oil, and scoop the batter in form of ball. Fry until golden brown.
