Ingredients

quick fry

Decent piece of stake
2large tomatoes
1large pepper
1good bunch of mushroom
Small onion
2 clovesgarlic
2red chillies
to tasteSalt and pepper
1glug of soya sauce

Fry stake to taste

Chop everything up small, heat up some olive oil and throw the lot in, fry on a high heat.

Add soya sauce to taste. Cook down so the mix is dried... serve with stake on top.
