Ingredients

quick fry
  • Decent piece of stake
  • 2large tomatoes
  • 1large pepper
  • 1good bunch of mushroom
  • Small onion
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 2red chillies
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • 1glug of soya sauce

Steps

quick fry
  1. 1

    Fry stake to taste

  2. 2

    Chop everything up small, heat up some olive oil and throw the lot in, fry on a high heat.

  3. 3

    Add soya sauce to taste. Cook down so the mix is dried... serve with stake on top.
