Ingredients

1/2 cupgrated gobhi
1/2 cup grated paneer
1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 cupchopped onion
2green chillies chopped
2 tspgreen coriander chopped
To taste salt
1/4 tspred chilli powder
1/4 tspparantha masala
1/2 tspajwain/carom seeds
1/4 tspkasuri methi
2 tspbutter
2 tspoil
2balls wheat dough

Steps

Take a bowl add all ingredients mix.

Take a dough and roll it flat and stuff stuffing masala roll on rolling pin.

Then add mixed parantha in hot tawa apply oil both sides and make a crispy parantha.

Then serve mixed parantha with butter.
