Beat the water and curd well add Poha, semolina and salt and paste Mix it thoroughly.

Let it stand for 10 minutes

Now heat the pressure cooker/steamer Grease bowl and add eno salt.

Give a quick stir and immediately transfer to greased bowl.

Steam for 10-15 minutes on low flame.

Switch off the flame let the Dhokla cool completely.

Heat a kadhai and do the tempering pour it over the Dhokla.

Dhokla is ready to serve with green chutney.

You can also prepare tri colour Dhokla for green colour - add palak puree, for red colour - add beetroot paste and for yellow colour - add haldi powder.
