Buttered Pav Bhaji

Take a gobi, carrots,Capsicum and matar in coker. Add one cup water three four viseles and mash them.

Heat two tablespoon oil and buttur in a pan. Add garlic paste and copped onion in it. Until it traudulent.

Add boiled and chopped vegetables, red pepper, oil, garlic. And cook for a minute. Now, add one teaspoon lime juice add bit of water mix well. Cook for five minutes. Then turn of the flame. Add coriander leaves and mix it well. Bhaji is ready.

Cut the pav in half, heat tava at medium flame and buttur tickled.

Bhaji and pav tranfer into a plate. Pav Bhaji is ready to serve.
