Steps

Boil the eggs, peel the shell and set aside

Measure your flour in a mixing bowl, add sugar, pinch of salt, butter, break the egg inside, add nutmeg and yeast then rub it in with your bare hands to mix it properly. Gradually add water to get a soft dough, knead it and allow it to rest for 10mins.

Take small portion of the dough, spread it, put the boiled egg inside and cover it up with the dough. Roll it with your hands to have that round shape. Do the same with the remaining dough and boiled eggs.

Put veg oil in a frying pan, allow it to heat up and add the egg roll to fry. It's ready when it is golden brown

Serve with any cold drink of your choice.
