Ingredients

  1. 3 cWhole Rolled Oats (raw, organic, old fashioned -
  2. 3/4 cRaw Nuts (ground)
  3. 1/3 cSunflower Seeds (any seeds)
  4. 3/4 cDried Fruit (unsweetened)
  5. 3 TbspHoney
  6. 3 TbspAgave
  7. 1 1/2 tspCinnamon
  8. 3 TbspOil (coconut, canola)
  9. 3/4 tspVanilla
  10. 2 pinchesSea Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl with clean hands.

    Spread mixture on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. 4

    Bake for 15-20 minutes or light golden brown (or desired consistency).
