1 cupfresh methi bhaji
1 & 1/2 cup wheat flour
2 tbsbesan
1 tspGreen chilli paste
Pinchhaldi powder
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspcoriander powder
2-3 tbspcurd
3-4 tbspoil
Pinchhing
as neededWhite til
as neededOil for roasting

Steps

Take big bowl put methi bhaji,wheat flour &all.mix well. Knead the dough. Use water if required.

Make roti & roast it in both sides on low flame.

It keep outside for 3-4 days & in fridge for 15 days.
