Steps

Take flour in a bowl,add all the ingredients.Mix well till look crumbly.

Make a dough with lukewarm water.Take care that dough should be a little hard than normal paratha dough.

Cover and leave for 10minutes.

Make 6equal portions and roll each portion into paratha.
- 5
Heat a tawa,cook paratha on medium flame,apply 1tea spoon ghee/oil and fry till golden.

Make all parathe in same way.

Serve with achar/curd.
