Ingredients

4 servings
  • 6bread slices
  • 1/2 cup cabbage finely chopped
  • 2 tbspcarrot grated
  • 1 tbspboiled peas
  • 1boiled mashed potato
  • 2 tbspfresh cream (amul),or homemade
  • 1 tspbutter-
  • 1 tspmustard seeds-crushed
  • 1/2 tbspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspsugar
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak mustard seed powder in 1/4 tsp water for 5 minutes

  2. 2

    Add butter sugar and mustard seed mix well

  3. 3

    Apply this mix on each slice

  4. 4

    Mix carrot, cabbage,peas(you can avoid if you don't want peas), potato and salt in cream

  5. 5

    Spread this mixture on slices

    And cover with another slice

    Press sandwich with your hands

  8. 8

    Serve immediately
