Wash the chicken, then marinate it with the juice of half a lemon, half an orange, and the garlic.

Pat the chicken dry, then add all the spices listed above.

Place the chicken in a skillet without adding oil, along with 2 cloves of garlic and some sliced onion. Sauté over medium heat. When the liquid starts to evaporate, add the black pepper, the rest of the sliced onion, and 2 tablespoons of oil. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally.
