Ingredients

10 oz (280 g)plain flour
2 tspnbaking powder
1/2 tspnbi-carb
1egg
5 oz (140 g)sugar
120 mlyoghurt
150 mlmilk
90 mlveg oil
1 tspnvanilla essence
100 g +/-frozen/fresh raspberries
100 gchopped white chocolate

Steps

Mix all ingredients together, adding raspberries and white chocolate at the end if using.

Split into 12 muffin cases. Cook for approx 20 mins at 190 deg.
