2 ozbutter
1onion
2 ozflour
900 mlmilk
1chicken stock cube
350 gcooked diced chicken
225 gblanched broccoli florets
4 ozsweetcorn
1 tspndried mixed herbs
Lasagne sheets
Grated cheese

Steps

Sauté onions in butter, add milk, flour, stock cube and bring to boil to thicken.

Add chicken, broccoli and sweetcorn, herbs, salt & pepper.

Layer with lasagne sheets topping with grated cheese.

35-40 mins at 190 deg.
