2 cupsrice
1 cupchana daal
3-4 tbsp Ginger chilli paste
As requiredWater
to tasteSalt
As requiredOil

Soak rice and daal for 3-4 hrs. Then grind it in a mixture and make batter of flowing consistancy by adding water then mix all other ingredients except oil.

Take a pan and put batter and cook on both side by applying some oil. Serve with green chutney.
