Ingredients

1/2 an hour
  • 500 gmsmethi leaves
  • 250 gmspotatoes
  • 2big tomatoes
  • 2Green chillies
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2red chillies

Steps

1/2 an hour
  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil in it.

  2. 2

    Add cube potatoes in oil and stir fry it

  3. 3

    When potatoes become golden brown add methi leaves along with tomato and green chillies

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Cover pan and let it cook

  6. 6

    Keep stiring it and let the water gets dried.
