First make the dough. Add salt,sugar powder and soda and mix. Add ghee and rub the flour further.

Now add curd and use sufficient water to make a soft but stiff dough.cover and leave for 2 hours.

Wash the kabuli chana thoroughly soaked overnight and pressure cook with sufficient water for 5 to 6 whistles.

Strain and keep aside. Reserve the water.

When you are about to make the bhaturas you can start making the chole simultaneously. Preheat oven to 200°. Grease the muffin tray. Make 9 balls of the dough.

Dust flour on the surface.Make puri sized thick chapatis.

Place them in the muffin tray.prick few tiny holes.

Bake at 180° for 15 minutes and broil for 2 to 3 minutes at 220° they will bake nice soft and will turn golden brown at the edges.

Heat a pan with butter. Saute the flour till it gives a nice aroma.

Gradually add milk and keep whisking. Add the chole masala and mix. Add amul cheese cube. Season with salt and mix.

Now add the boiled kabuli chana. You can add the boiled water of the kabuli chana to adjust the consistency. I used around 3/4 cup here. Cook for few seconds and switch off the gas.

Finely chop green chillies. Take the bhatura cups. Spoon in the creamy cheesey chole. Sprinkle a pinch of chole masala. Garnish with chopped green chillies and red chilli flakes
