Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbsground beef or lamb with some fat (1 kilogram)
  • 5green onions
  • 1red bell pepper
  • 1 cupchopped parsley (about 60 grams)
  • 2 tablespoonsred pepper paste
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Tomatoes

Steps

    Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. 2

    Grease a baking tray with butter or red pepper paste.

  3. 3

    Spread the meat mixture evenly in the tray and shape it with your fingertips.

    Place tomato slices on top of the meat and bake in a preheated oven (top and bottom heat) until cooked through.
