Ingredients

  • 1bel
  • 2 tbspmisti doi (sweet curd)
  • 2 tspsugar
  • 1/4 th tsp black salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Break the bel and scoop out the pulp.Remove all seeds and gum from the pulp.Pour cold water and sugar and mash.

  2. 2

    Add dahi and pass the pulp through a seive. Sprinkle black salt and serve chilled in glass.
