2 tbspmisti doi (sweet curd)
2 tspsugar
1/4 th tsp black salt

Break the bel and scoop out the pulp.Remove all seeds and gum from the pulp.Pour cold water and sugar and mash.
2

Add dahi and pass the pulp through a seive. Sprinkle black salt and serve chilled in glass.
