Ingredients

  1. 2medium size cauliflower
  2. 30 gmcashew paste
  3. 1 cupMilk
  4. 100 gmcurd
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. to tasteSugar
  7. Gorom mosala
  8. 2bay leaf
  9. 3green chilli paste
  10. Ginger garlic paste
  11. to tasteWhite oil
  12. to tasteGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled cauliflower first, then put white oil and ghee in the pan

  2. 2

    Heat the oil and put smashed garam masla in that oil, add bay leaf, put ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, curd, cashew paste, stir 3 to 4 mint then add Kashmiri chilli powder and put milk in it stir some time like 10 mint

  3. 3

    Then add cauliflower in it, cook for 10 to 15 mint

  4. 4

    Add water if need then it is ready to serve.. enjoy with paratha or fried rice..
