  • Water
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the pumpkin into smaller pieces.

  2. 2

    Remove seeds then wash the pieces one at a time.

  3. 3

    In a pot, add water and salt and let it cook for 15mins

  4. 4

    Drain water and enjoy with a cup of tea.
