In Kisumu there is a plenty of fish and I decided to prepare some for family. It was yummy.
Steps

Chop the onions and tomatoes and put aside
- 2
Heat cooking oil then add onions to brown then add tomatoes and mix and cover to soften
- 3
Add 1/2cup water and add some salt and royco cube.

Cover to simmer for 5mins then dip the fried Nile Perch
- 5
Cover again to cook for 8mins. Then set aside. Cook Ugali and serve together
