In a bowl take maida,suji,besan,salt,cardamom powder and powder sugar.Mix well all dry ingredients.

Now add ghee and mix well and make a dough.

Take ball size portion from the dough and give the shape of naankhatai. Press lightly into the middle and put a chiraunji or pista on it. When make all the naankhatai,transfer them on baking tray.

Now in a preheated oven bake all naankhatai on convection mode 180° for 15 minutes.
