  1. 375 gminced chicken
  2. 3/4 cupfresh white breadcrumbs
  3. 1/3 cupshelled chopped pistachio nuts
  4. 1egg likely beaten
  5. 1/2 teaspoonground turmeric
  6. Halfteaspoon ground cinnamon
  7. 1 teaspoonground coriander
  8. 1/2 cupplain flour
  9. 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  10. Lemon wedges to serve

  1. 1

    Place chicken, breadcrumbs, pistachios, egg and spices into a bowl and stir well to combine

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a heavy-based pan and cook the ball was in batches over medium-high heat turning until well browned on all sides. Drain well on absorbent paper.

  3. 3

    Serve with lemon wedges as finger food or with a green salad as a light entree
