Ingredients

  • For the sauce,we need
  • Fresh tofu
  • Onions
  • Maggi
  • Salt
  • Curry
  • Palm oil
  • Garlic
  • Tomatoes
  • Scotch bonnet

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash all the ingredients and blend them

  2. 2

    In a pot with oil set on fire when hot add the blended ingredients and stir and leave it 10mins in low heat

  3. 3

    Add the marshed tofu,maggi,Curry,Garlic powder,pinch of salt then stir and leave it for 2-3mins then remove from fire and serve
