In the mixing bowl add rice flour, gramflour, roasted chanadal powder, salt, butter, Asafoetida, mix well add mashed potatoes mix and add water to make dough.

Grease oil to chakli maker fill chakli dough into maker, gently press and make round chakkli. Deep fry in the oil till it turns golden brown and crisp. Remove from the oil transfer to plate. Allow to cool. Potato chaklis ready to eat. Enjoy with coffee.
