Ingredients

2 cupsflour
1/2 cupsugar
1 tbspyeast
1/4 tspsalt
1/2 cupwarm water
1egg
1 tbsppowdered milk
1 tspvanilla flavour
Melted dark chocolate
Oil for frying

Steps

In a bowl, mix the flour,sugar and salt.

Mix the yeast and powdered milk with warm water, whisk add egg and flavour,mix and pour into the flour mixture, mix well till everything is well coporated.

Cover and leave to rise for 30min. After 30mims add chocolate chunks and mix, heat up the Oil and fry in medium heat till golden brown.
