Steps

Assemble all the required ingredients

Wash Bernyard Millet (vrat ke chawal or Moraiya) and soak in some water for 10 minutes

Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan and add cumin seeds. Let them crackle, add roasted peanuts, green chillies and chopped cucumber. Saute for sometime.

Remove excess water from soaked vrat ke chawal and add to sauteed cucumber and peanuts

Saute for some time and then add red chilli powder, sugar and salt to taste

Add one cup of water and curd, mix well everything and cook covered for next 5 minutes

Add some chopped fresh coriander, Garnish as per need and serve hot immediately. Enjoy fasting feasting.
