Soak rice for 15 minutes Drain and set aside.

Rinse the methi leaves in water.

In a pressure cooker pour oil,ghee.Add dry spices,green chillies and fry it.Add onions and cook till it's colour changes a bit.Add potato,ginger garlic paste and sambar powder and fry till you get a nice aroma.

Tranfer the drained rice,green peas and methi leaves and fry slightly on very low flame for 2 to 3 min.

Pour water and add the required salt.Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook on low flame for 3 whistles.

After the pressure goes off remove the lid.Now fluff the rice gently and mix it.

Serve hot with onion raita and lemon.
