Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsoaked poha
  2. 2 tbspMustard Oil
  3. 1 tspcumin seeds
  4. 1 tspmustard seeds
  5. 1 tbspcurry leaves
  6. 3green chillies
  7. 1 cupchopped potato
  8. 1 cupchopped carrot
  9. 1 cupchopped French beans
  10. 1medium sized chopped onion
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 tspturmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  14. For garnishing
  15. 1 cupspicy mixture
  16. leavesSome coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan and add mustard oil. Now add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilli. Roasted it.

    Now add all veggies (one by one) in it. And saute it well.

    Now add salt, turmeric powder and black pepper powder.

    Mix it well and cook it nicely.

    Now add soaked poha.

    Add salt and mix it well.

    Your jhatpat poha is ready. For plating take little amount of it in a plate and sprinkle spicy mixture and coriander leaves and Serve it. Let's get started your day with this tasty and healthy breakfast. Enjoy it.
