Peel and wash carrots then grate it.now heat milk in a kadahi add grated carrots

Cook it for one hour.stir it well in between.now add sugar mix well

Then add maava cook it until it's water be soaked

Then mix Desi ghee and stir well and dry fruits.Turn off flame.
