Ingredients

  1. Flour-500g
  2. Sugar-50g
  3. Butter-100g
  4. Egg-2
  5. Yeast-2tsn
  6. Milk-20g
  7. Warm water-1cup
  8. Flavour-vanilla butter nut-2tsn
  9. Vegitable oil-for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour,butter,sugar,milk and together

  2. 2

    Mean while u add a table spoon of sugar and yeast with a lukewarm and allow it for 5minutes

  3. 3

    Pour yeast mixture into flour and mix well until dough forms.

  4. 4

    Allow dough to rest for 1hour until double in size.flour a work table and knock dough down,kneading again and again cut dough into desired sizes and shipe like ball allow to rise again

  5. 5

    Preheat oil,place a finger into the center of d dough and make a ring,deep fry and dust with sugar and cinnamon.serve.
