  • 2 tspGarlic ginger paste
  • As neededOil
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • As neededWater
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala

    Boil dry chana with slice of Amla mix salt at slow flame

    The add ghee and jeera and onion dilute ginger garlic salt green chilli cooked for 40 minute. Add chana masala and this awla chanaready for serve..
