Ingredients

25 minutes
4 servings
  • 1/2 cupcoarsely grind rajgira flour
  • 1/4 cuppeeled and grated raw potatoes
  • 2 tbsproasted and coarsely crushed peanuts(optional)
  • 1 tspgreen chilli
  • 1/2 tspcurry leaves powder
  • to tasterock salt
  • ghee for greasing and cooking

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients in a deep bo kowl and mix without water.

    Divide it into 4 equal portions and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it lightly with ghee.

  4. 4

    Grease your fingers with a little ghee, place a portion of the mixture on the tava (griddle) and pat it evenly with greased fingers to form a circle.

    Cook, using a little ghee, till they turn golden brown spots appear on both the sides.

    Repeat these steps to make 3 more thalipeeths.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with green chutney or masala curd.
