Steps

First take leftover bread corners or bread slices in a mixer jar,grind it to form a bread crumbs.

Any type of bread we can use.

Take 1 bowl soak grinded bread crumbs into 2 cups of milk, keep aside.

Heat the pan add 1 spoon ghee in it then add desicated coconut & sugar together stir continuously in low flame till sugar get dissolved completely.

In same pan add soaked milk & bread crumbs mix well.

Add rest ghee & cook few minutes for thick texture.

Add cardomom powder & chopped dryfruits mix well it looks like a soft dough.

Grease tray apply some ghee in it turn the warm mixture & press gently.

Through knife mark it which shape of burfi you prefer then freeze it for 1 to 2 hrs.
