Ingredients

  • 4 pcsrohu fish
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp mustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinated the fish pcs with all ingredients along with 1 tbsp mustard oil. Rest for 15-20 mins.

  2. 2

    Heat rest of the oil in a pan add rohu fish pieces fry till golden brown and crisp.

  3. 3

    Have this fish fry with steamed rice and dal.
