Take a bowl. Add sooji, dahi and salt. Mix them nicely. Add water to adjust consistency. It should be thick not watery. Keep aside for 15 min.

Chop all vegetables. Add salt and tomato ketchup. Mix well.

Now take a nonstick tava. Drizzle some oil. Heat. Pour one laddle full of UTTAPAM batter. Spread it. Now put the stuffing all over it. Again pour UTTAPAM batter on top. Cook on medium flame from both sides.
Cut pieces.
