Make paste of spinach with green chillies. Do not add water in that.

Take a bowl.
Add Sooji and all ingredients except eno.
Mix properly
Keep aside for 20 min.

Check consistency of batter. If it is very thick add water to adjust consistency. Now add eno and mix.

Meanwhile boil water in idli stand. Grease idli plates with oil or ghee. Pour 2 tbsp full in them. When water starts boiling keep idli plates in it and steam for 15 min. Done. Enjoy with coconut chutney or tomato ketchup.
