  • 200 galmost dried Omena
  • 2big tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Cooked Kienyeji
  • Cooked Ugali

Steps

    Sort out Omena and wash. In my case I diiwash because it wash so fresh from the lake😂

  2. 2

    Heat cooking oil in a non stick pan. Then add omena and fry till crunchy

  3. 3

    Add onions then tomatoes. Add salt and mix well.

  4. 4

    Serve with cooked Kienyeji and Ugali.
