Grind coriander with green chillies, Ginger and garlic cloves

Make a paste

Keep separate 1/4 cup green peas and grind the rest

Peel potatoes and cut in pieces, keep aside, same cut tomatoes and keep aside

Heat 1/4 cup oil, fry moong dal badi and keep aside

Fry potatoes pieces, remove from oil and keep aside

Fry carefully green peas for 5-7 minutes in rest oil and keep a side

Heat rest oil, Add asafoetida, cumin, dry red chillies and fry for few seconds

Add coriander paste and cook for few seconds

Now add green peas and cook another few seconds

Add turmeric powder and moong dal badi and stir well

Add tomatoes pieces..srit and cover it for 2 minutes on medium flame

Open cover stir well and add fried potatoes..stir well

Now add roasted green peas.. stir well cook for few seconds and add salt and garam masala

Add 2 cup of water..mix well and cover it

Wait for first boil, cook for 5 minutes on medium flame
