Wash Poha. Soak in water for 2 min. Then strain water and keep aside.

Chop onion, Capsicum, green chillies and coriander leaves. Grate carrot.

Now take a bowl. Mix all ingredients very nicely.

Take some oil and grease your hands. Take some quantity of material in your hands and give shape like kebabs. Make round or long.

Take a nonstick tava. Drizzle some oil. Cook kebabs from all sides on medium flame.

Enjoy with tomato ketchup or green chutney. 😊
