Ingredients

  1. 500 gmscabbage
  2. 2potatoes
  3. 1big tomato
  4. 1onion
  5. 1 cuppeas
  6. 1big spoon mustard oil
  7. 1/2 spooncumin seeds
  8. 1 pinchasafoetida (hing)
  9. 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  10. 1/3 spoonred chilli powder
  11. 1/3 spoongaram masala
  12. 1/3 spoonsabji masala
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. SomeGreen coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut cabbage, potato, tomato, onion

  2. 2

    Take a kadahi.Heat oil.Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, onion.When onion turns red add turmeric and chilli powder and garam masala.

    Add tomato,Salt and mix it well.Now add cabbage, matar and potato.Mix well for 2 minutes.

    Cover kadahi.And switch the flame low.After 5 minutes.Mix again.

    Add water as required.

  6. 6

    When potato become soft..Switch the flame off.Add sabji masala and virender leaves.

  7. 7

    Eat with paratha/ roti.
