It's very simple and yummy dish
Steps

Chop onion, tomato, green chillies, Ginger, garlic and cashews finely

Wash and chop methi.

In a wok take 1 tbsp oil and fry all the veggies with cashews properly. Keep aside to cool

Meanwhile in another wok take 1 tbsp oil and fry methi leaves along with haldi, salt and sabzi masala till soft

Now grind all the fried veggies to a fine paste

Add this paste to methi mix and cook till oil appears to the sides

Now add Malai, curd and sugar to this paste and cook for a minute or 2

Now add water to this and take 2-3 boils.

Finally add paneer cubes and take a boil

Serve piping hot with naan, roti or rice
