  4. Apple pie filling
  5. 2med apples (cored, peeled, and sliced)
  6. 1 can (14 oz)sweetened condensed milk

  12. Pinchsalt
  13. Topping
  14. 1 cupfavorite nuts (I used equal parts walnuts and pecan)
  15. 3 Tbspbutter
  16. 1 Tbspflour
  17. 1 Tbspwhite sugar

Cooking Instructions

35-40min
  1. 1

Crush the graham crackers into crumbs and add butter. Mix with fork. It will look crumbly.

  2. 2

Press graham mixture into bottom of pie pan bring the mixture halfway up the sides of the pan.

  3. 3

Bake pie crust 5 min 400°f then put to the side for cooling while you mix the filling

  4. 4

Combine all ingredients for the pie filling in order listed. Let rest until the topping is ready so the crust doesn't get soggy.

  5. 5

For the topping coarsly chop the nuts. Cut a few pads of butter into small pieces for on top.

  6. 6

Pour filling into cooled crust. Immediately top with the chopped nuts. Sprinkle the flour over the top and then the small pieces of butter.

Bake 400°f for 35-40 min. The pie should have a little jiggle left to it when done cooking and a sharp knife or toothpick should come out clean when probed into the center.
