Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 250 gor so of mashed potatoes, cooled
  • Tincrab meat
  • Chives
  • Egg
  • Flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for frying

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Put cooled mash in a bowl. Salt to taste. Add crab meat, chopped chives, mix. Add sprinkle of breadcrumbs and an egg. Mix well until combined

    Shape into small rounds. Dip in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs

    Fry gently for about 5-6 mins until golden brown :)
