Steps

Soak both of daal in water for whole night and grind it, add cumin seeds,salt, baking soda and it.

Take oil in pan and heat it.

Left them until cool them.

Then take daal batter in a spoon and put In it oil and fry it till golden,fry.all the batter like it.

Heat water in a saucepanand add fried bhalla to that for 2 hours.

Then take out tha Bhalla from water and drains it's water by pressing tha Bhalla.

Take curd and some water to it and grind it.

Then add Bhalla and curd and put some salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin to it and add some chutney to it, and serve it.
