Mix salad cream, mayo and ketchup then set aside

Cut cabbage,green pepper, tomatoes and grate carrots, also set aside

Add ur shredded beef to a pan, add ginger, garlic,chopped onions,salt and turn until half cooked. Add ur seasoning and spices then grounder scotch bonnets and a little water then cover

After 3 mins add a little abt 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and turn then add ur sausage to the chicken.. make sure ur heat is low or on medium

Place a foil paper under ur shawarma bread.

To your shawarma bread spread ur mixed mayo, salad cream and ketchup

Then add ur mixed veggies, chicken and sausage the roll the bread into the foil and fold the tips

To a heated pan, place the rolled shawarma for abt 2mins then turn to the other side and vise versa. Same applies to the other rolled ones
